The project is an idea of young people implemented by young people for young people. Through the “mark for the future” project BY-Future, there is a desire to increase young people’s employability. When we say commitment, we mean both increasing overall interest in employability but also increase the interest in increasing the employability rate. Creating an organized personal profile that provides information about yourself can be a major asset in finding a job. The European link is closer and closer to the partner countries, and this motivates young people to work in the other EU Member States than their own demographic. Through the “Brand Yourself for Future” project, we aim to increase the employment rate among young people up to 25 years of age. In order to achieve this challenging goal, we have set ourselves as targets throughout the project to support 54 young people aged 18-24 from 6 different countries to build a branding staff. Also, through the information we provide in the project, we want to increase the employability rate of a total of 54 young people aged 18-24 from 6 different countries over a 6-month period. As a final goal addressed to direct beneficiaries, we want to inform 54 young people aged 18-24 from 6 different countries during the youth exchange on the personal brand impact on their professional career.
