As part of the Erasmus+ accreditation in the field of youth, Scout Society Association is looking for partners from the programme countries for a series of already planned activities to be implemented between May and August 2024. You can find the specifics of the activities below.

Consortium composition

Experienced and beginner organisations in the Erasmus+ field interested in Youth Participation topic. In the selection process, we will consider geographical balance and experience in the topic.

Eligible countries

EU Members states: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Ireland, Greece, Spain, France, Croatia, Italy, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden.

Other associated countries: Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein, Turkey, North Macedonia, and Serbia.

Coordinator: The coordinator will be Scout Society, a Romanian NGO active in the youth field since 2011, leading projects on the topics of youth participation, youth empowerment, sport and well-being, digital transformation and entrepreneurship.

Description of activities

A1: Training course

Location: Portugal

Date: 10 – 18 June (including arrival and departure days)*

Target group/partner: 4 Youth workers (+18)

No. of organisation: 8 partner organisations


A2: Youth exchange

Location: Romania

Date: 28 June – 7 July (including arrival and departure days)*

Target group/partner: 8 Young People (15-20) and 1 group leader (+18)

A3: Training course

Location: Romania

Date: 22 – 28 July (including arrival and departure days)*

Target group/partner: 4 Youth Workers (18+)

No. of organisation: 6 partner organisations


A4: Partner building activity (networking/ project proposal writing)

Location: Romania

Date: 9 – 14 July (including arrival and departure days)*

Target group/partner: 2 representatives

No. of organisation: 10 partner organisations

NOTE: Green travel is considered the following means of transport: car pooling, train, bus, minibus.

The money transfer for reimbursement is operated only by bank transfer to the Partner organization bank account (bank transfer to participants or third parties is not eligible) representing the reimbursement of participants’ travel costs.

Conditions for reimbursement:

200 EURO Performance award:

Partner organizations who fulfil ALL the obligations/responsibilities within the deadlines stipulated in the partnership agreement  will receive an award of 200 euro per activity (youth exchange/training course).

The award will be transferred together with the reimbursement costs.

*Selected organizations will be invited to an online meeting and will receive full information and documents.
