The project “P.A.N.D.E.M.I.C.” took place in Slovakia. It aims to improve participants’ knowledge, skills and competencies in stress management to meet current pandemic challenges. The project was co-financed by the European Union.

The coordinator of the project was Tatra Youth Group. The partner countries of the project were Austria, Turkey, Estonia, Croatia, Spain, Romania.

Through this project, the participants have learned various awareness and welfare techniques through non-formal education and experienced good practices for use in local communities.

Participants in the “P.A.N.D.E.M.I.C.” discussed one of the 11 European Youth Goals, namely Goal 5 “Mental Health and Well-Being”. Through this goal we want to help ensure mental well-being and eliminate the stigma of mental health problems, but also promote the social inclusion of all young people.
