Within “Football for all” project it was developed the handbook containing a collection of knowledge and experiences gathered by the partners during the organisation of the events. The handbook is designed to provide practical guidelines and tips for organizing successful events such as Football for All. We want to share best practices, promote tolerance and integration through football and create a more united and supportive community.
Each activity in the handbook is designed to foster communication, cooperation and understanding between participants, regardless of age, background or football experience.

Solidarity in crisis

The fundamental belief of Solidarity in Crisis is that every migrant should have equitable access to knowledge and information. In their home countries, migrants possessed a foundation of knowledge, information, and valuable connections that granted them stability and opportunities for growth. However, when they embark on their journey to unfamiliar territories, they must rebuild their resilience to effectively participate in the local labor market and seize equal opportunities. This project is committed to empowering migrants to realize their full potential, contribute to society both intellectually and culturally, and lead lives of dignity.

We prepared this methodology to explain step by step what kind of work is necessary while preparing events for refugees and migrants in order to facilitate their better integration into the local community.



Set of Escape Rooms

The project ‘Escape Depopulation and Foster Cultural Heritage through Active Tourism’ addresses the need to revitalize rural areas. Migration to urban centers has caused impoverishment and exclusion in rural regions. To reverse this trend, we aim to attract and empower young people to promote tourism and cultural heritage in their communities. Educational activities will provide knowledge and skills for rural development.

Through ESCDEP Erasmus + Project we aim to provide the necessary knowledge and know-how to youth workers and young people at risk of social, economic and geographical exclusion to create rural activities that generate income and provide employment. Escape rooms, due to their innovative nature, have emerged as a suitable tool to achieve these objectives.

This document presents the set of escape rooms to foster cultural heritage – “Escape inside your village” produced during the project and customised according to the local history/legend of each partner village/city. There is a lot of focus on the plot, the challenges, while also trying to give an insight and general understanding of the escape rooms. These escape rooms were created as a recreational activity to promote cultural heritage and develop active tourism, while empowering young people to create innovative business ideas to implement in their rural communities, increasing their job opportunities and addressing the problem of rural depopulation.



Metodological guide to create escape rooms

Erasmus + project “Escape depopulation and foster cultural heritage through active tourism” was born in response to the need to repopulate and energise rural areas.

The drafting of this guide aims to provide all the necessary elements to present a methodology on how to design a temporary escape room that promotes the cultural heritage of the chosen location.

The aim of this methodology is to encourage the creation of escape rooms in communities at risk of depopulation in order to promote their cultural heritage through leisure activities for young people and others. This will promote active tourism in an innovative way.

This methodology will include all the knowledge and know-how required to create an escape room from scratch.



Training Plan

“Escape Depopulation and Foster Cultural Heritage through Active Tourism” project was initiated in response to the pressing need to revitalize and repopulate rural areas.

Through our project we want to offer young people the opportunity to express their ideas, develop actions and create added value in their city/country/village in order to promote tourism and enhance cultural heritage.

This training plan is designed to provide youth workers with a comprehensive understanding of creating and developing an escape room. It offers a structured learning experience that covers all the necessary steps and considerations involved in designing and implementing an engaging escape room experience.

Throughout the training, the youth workers will be guided through the process of idea generation, team formation, room structure planning, theme selection, story development, game flow design, puzzle creation, material selection, and testing. The plan aims to foster a deep understanding of each stage, equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to create captivating escape room experiences.

The training plan emphasizes the importance of teamwork and effective collaboration in the escape room design process. Youth workers will explore the values and qualities of a good team, including communication, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving.

An essential aspect of the training plan is the exploration of story development and theme selection. Youth workers will learn how to choose a theme that aligns with the desired experience and develop a compelling story that engages players throughout the escape room journey.

The youth workers will also gain skills in designing the game flow, ensuring a logical and engaging sequence of puzzles and challenges. The training plan will cover pacing, difficulty progression, and techniques to maintain player engagement and immersion throughout the game.



How to Organize Remote Sport Competitions in

Restriction Periods

The years 2020, 2021 and 2022 were challenging due to the pandemic of Covid-19. During this period, Sport clubs and sport schools were losing their athletes in a growing speed from month to month. The reasons of this huge dropout from sport were different: some of the people were not allowed to go outside in definite hours that they previously had used for doing physical activity; some fell into apathy or depression. Since October 2020, doors of fitness centres and sport facilities were closed for months and in the winter of 2022, they partly still were in the participating countries. Therefore, keeping members in the organizations, but what was more significant – motivating the members continue doing physical activity, was an urgent issue for sport organizations. This was a global problem that needed to be solved in cooperation with partners by sharing experiences on how to overcome the consequences and how to find ways of doing physical activity in pandemic and restriction situations and organize sport competitions and events that do not confront the restrictions.

This Guide is designed on how to organize remote sport competitions in restriction periods starting from online applications through which it is possible, going through twelve stories of different people – sport coaches, athletes, managers, sharing how they dealt with the restrictions and what solutions found. The Guide offers templates for remote sport competition regulations and call for social media that will help organizations to address participants and stakeholders.



Youth Coaching for Well-being and Employement

A significant problem in recent years in the European Union is the increase in the number of young people at risk, particularly in the number of NEETs (youth not in Education, Employment or Training).

WELL-BE had two main priorities:

(1) to support young people to find a job / continue their studies – by offering coaching and mentorship personalized.

(2) to equip youth workers with the knowledge, tools and skills regarding youth coaching and mentoring.

The project consisted of 2 Training Courses (TC):

TC 1 – in Denmark: Experiment and acquire coaching and mentoring techniques. The participants will train their coaching skills and access knowledge on the subject.

TC 2 – in Romania: Developing a model of coaching intervention for youth. The youth workers meet again to share good practices, weaknesses and tools, what tools worked and what did not, and develop a high-quality coaching model for different youth categories.

The World is my Workplace

The World Is My Workplace project is a partnership between non-profit organisations from Portugal, Bulgaria and Romania that seek to support young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, in obtaining employment in the online job market.

Hospitality – Sport project, best practice manual

The project was carried out in partnership with organizations from ASD Meet Lab (Italy) UISP Comitato Territoriale Ciriè Settimo Chivasso (Italy) Rijeka Sport (Croatia) Scout Society (Romania) Courage Foundation (Bulgaria).

The project aimed to offer people with intellectual disabilities an opportunity to participate in physical activities focused on soft gymnastics and relaxation, supported by moments of guided meditation.

the project has as a main objective to:
“encourage and promote participation in sport of people who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, at the same time as ensuring their inclusion into society through sport by introducing them to new social networks and equipping them with new skills”.

Speak your mind – Youth exchange

The project was carried out in partnership with organizations from the Czech Republic (LUBLA), Italy (Vedogiovane Società Cooperativa Sociale), Poland (Centrum Wspolpracy Europejskiej “Mlodzi Europejczycy”) and Greece (Dream Team).

The project achieved the following objectives:

-develop communication skills of 50 young people from the Czech Republic, Poland, Greece, Italy, and Romania by using in workshops different methods of non-formal education;

-make the participants aware of the benefits of communication, as well as how they can capitalize on this competence both personally and professionally;

-promote values such as diversity, social inclusion, and multiculturalism using non-formal methods;

Out of nothing – Youth exchange

The project is a response to a structured reflection on an agenda that young people
have set out to address in their day-to-day reflection on issues of rehabilitation, integration, dynamic placement in a European environment.

The objectives of our project are:
• The labeling, recognition and approximation of youth orientations, through an
integrated and multicultural dialogue, suggesting cross-cutting and using non-formal learning tools.

• The emergence of communication as a creative tool in the service of young people

 • To deepen the philosophy of the Erasmus + program

• The pluralism of ideas and ideas

• The protection of human rights

• Solidarity and respect for diversity

• Getting to know the reality at national and European level, on employment law and the role of young people in Europe

• Develop respect and tolerance for groups with fewer opportunities

• Exchange of good practices and promotion of cooperation between peoples

• Proper use of multimedia in the service of young people

• Enhancing the integration of employability of young people with fewer opportunities, including people outside the labor market, education and training, with a focus on young people on the verge of being marginalized.

Roma Inclusion through Sport in Europe – Youth exchange

The RISE is a joint initiative of European sport and civil society organizations to tackle discrimination, social exclusion, and marginalization of Roma youngsters through exchanging good practices, capacity-building activities, and the development and implementation of sport-based educational activities. The key objective of the project is to promote social inclusion, equal opportunities, and awareness of disadvantaged situations of the Roma minority through sport-based education activities. Therefore, RISE is an 18-month long Small Collaborative Partnership framed under the Erasmus+ Sport priority encouraging social inclusion and equal opportunities in and through sports.

  1. To promote social inclusion, equal opportunities, and sport-based education for underprivileged (especially Roma) young people, and raise awareness of the importance of health-enhancing physical activity through innovative cross -sectoral cooperation;
  2. To empower and build the capacity of sport clubs, youth organizations, educational institutions to develop and deliver sport-based educational activities targeting underprivileged populations, especially Roma youngsters;
  3. To collect, classify and promote European good practices in the fi eld of social inclusion through sport and to develop a sport-based educational methodology to be introduced in an accessible handbook;
  4. To up-skill trainers, coaches, youth leaders, and NGO sta with the necessary knowledge to realize sport-based educational interventions to underprivileged target groups, such as Roma youngsters.
Brand Yourself for Future – Youth exchange

Brand Yourself for Future was a Youth Exchange project hosted by Scout Society in Romania and co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. Scout Society is an organization that, together with some adults from different countries, work for youth development and specifically through non-formal education methods.

Participants from 5 different countries were involved. The purpose of this project was mainly to educate young people about personal branding, integrating
self-promotion to increase employability among young people.

In other words, creating an organized personal profile that provides relevant information about our abilities and qualities can often be very important when pursuing and getting a job that interests us.

Consequently, workshops and activities connected to self-promotion were carried out. Both the organizers and the different teams had the opportunity to create workshops and the responsibility to lead and perform them with the participants.

Recycle for your life – Youth exchange

This project’s aims to increase the involvement of young people in the recycling process, by informing them about the importance of this process and about the various ways they can recycle.

The impact of the project is to inform the participants and their local communities about the importance of recycling and to stimulate recycling in the everyday life of the participants and in the local communities.

The project also gave the opportunity to learn about other cultures in a practical way while the participants improved their social and language skills.

Benefits of migrations – Youth exchange

In the context of globalization, migration inside and from the outside of Europe has increased and, with it, so have the negative attitudes towards immigrants. Therefore, this project was a youth exchange initiative for young people, which aims where to promote a positive attitude towards immigrants in Europe by informing young people on the benefits of migration. We reached this goal by:

informing youngsters on the economical variation in the context of migration;

raising awareness on the benefits of migration on society;

helping develop competencies and skills, in a multicultural context which are essential for the personal development of 40 young people, aged 16-20, from Spain, Greece, Poland and Romania.

Find yourself – Youth exchange

The project “Find yourself” was about sport and healthy lifestyle. The purpose of the project was to help young people to maintain their physical and mental health, to cope better with stress, to be able to work with their emotional problems and also to do more sport .

In the project we had the opportunity to identify our problems and how to solve them. We learned what should we eat for having a heathier life. We learned how to do yoga and meditation as relaxation methods.

In the project we could rise level of our confidence, self-esteem and emotional stability. We were cooperating with people from different country, with different characters and learning how to treat others equally and give help to people who need.
